As part of Gladman's commitment to engage with local communities, leaflets outlining the development principles and seeking comments have been distributed in early December 2017 to approximately 490 households and businesses in Kennington.
The Consultation Boards provide background information to the development and identify the constraints and opportunities of the site which have influenced our draft proposals.
This is an opportunity for the local people to tell us how the development will affect them and if there are any issues that this development will be able to address. For instance:

All public comments received during the consultation process will be considered. An outline planning application will be submitted in due course to Ashford Borough Council which will include a Statement of Community Involvement (SCI).
The SCI will include details of how your comments and suggestions have been considered to shape the development.
The full SCI will be available on the Local Authority website once the application is submitted.
