A series of exhibition boards were displayed providing the background to our proposals and identifying the factors which will influence our proposals.

The exhibition was an opportunity for local people to tell us how the development will affect them and if there are any issues that this development will be able to address. For instance:
- Do you generally support the scheme?
- What changes would you make to improve the proposal?
- Are there local traffic problems which you feel need addressing?
- Are there community facilities which are under pressure and need support?
