Gladman Developments is proposing a residential development (redline area) of approximately 70 new homes with retail outlet/village facility, plus public open space, recreational facilities and the potential to relocate an allotment area to either blue line area A or B, on land off Luton Road, Offley. A public consultation leaflet is due to be distributed in mid June 2017 to approximately 430 households and businesses in Offley.

As part of Gladman's commitment to engage with local communities, leaflets outlining the development principles and seeking comments are due to be distributed in late May 2017 to approximately 430 households and businesses in Offley.
The Consultation Boards provide background information to the development and identify the constraints and opportunities of the site which have influenced our draft proposals.
This is an opportunity for the local people to tell us how the development will affect them and if there are any issues that this development will be able to address. For instance:
